What we collect
Passenger details (name, date of birth, passport), contact details (email, phone, address), payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers), and booking history.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your booking, communicate about your trip, comply with airline and border requirements, and (with your consent) send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Your rights

Retention
We keep booking data for 7 years to meet HMRC and consumer-law obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
